serious a charge like this could be.
We're here to educate you on the possible
consequences of this violation. If you have been
charged with any of the following offenses,
the court can suspend your license and, in some cases, send you to jail:

• Driving While Intoxicated (DUI)
• Refusal of Breathalyzer
• Reckless Driving
• Aggressive Driving
• Driving on a Suspended License
• Hit and Run

Before your court date, enroll in A Safe Driver Program. We will assist you in being a better and safer driver, possibly reduce your auto insurance rates and most important, show the judge, who will be making a decision regarding your case, that you have taken this charge seriously!

Our 8-hour program gives 5 safe driving points. It is DMV approved, was designed by the National Safety Council and it is accepted throughout the country. For Virginia residents, we submit our rosters to the DMV via internet, so the points go immediately onto your record. We can also provide, if requested, information on how to receive a court appointed attorney if you cannot afford one or a referral to some that do not cost a fortune. Our goal again, is to educate you on new laws, how to follow them and the consequences when you don't.
